got bit details on weberman story. A 'federal' court accepted a motion his lawyers gave in 5 years ago!! against the ruling of the 'state' (average %3 applications are accepted!) Arguing that most counts -3 to the end somewhere in the 70's- aren't right cause it doesn't have a time and place (like עדות שאי אתה יכול להזימה) The judge gave a deadline of june 8 the district attorney should explain the counts and the da asked to delay the deadline which the judge did to end of june. So nobody knows what the end will be but there is very big chances for a successful ending bez"h (If the judge find it wrong the first two counts are also dropped but could be given in again). Every tafilah counts!
